About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi seeks enthusiastic Guest Environment Experts to deliver the brand’s Gold Standards through impeccable housekeeping. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant you will create memorable experiences by ensuring rooms and public areas are clean, well‑stocked, and ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room presentation meets brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, corridors, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as extra towels, toiletries, or other amenities.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and courteous communication with guests and team members.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Commitment to a safe workplace, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
• Professional demeanor, reliable attendance, and willingness to work full‑time hours.
