Housekeeping Room Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Room Attendant ensures guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are maintained to the high standards of Kempinski Dubai. You will be responsible for cleaning, replenishing supplies, and providing turn‑down service while delivering a courteous and professional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, replenishing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming carpets.
• Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues and report them to the Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, floor public areas, equipment, and pantries.
• Provide turn‑down service and attend to late‑checkout or special guest requests.
• Record relevant information on assignment sheets and report unusual situations at shift end.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items in coordination with the Order Taker.
• Assist with controlling guest and cleaning supplies to manage costs.

Required profile

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is beneficial.
• Good oral English skills.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility in scheduling.
• Physical ability to clean up to 13 rooms per day, push/pull a cart, and perform turn‑down service.
• People‑oriented, passionate about European luxury hospitality.
