Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads the housekeeping team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, ensuring that every guest receives clean, well-presented rooms and a high standard of service in line with Hilton standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping operations: allocate daily duties and oversee room attendants for efficient, consistent work.
• Support the training, coaching, scheduling and performance of room attendants.
• Inspect check-out and occupied rooms to maintain cleanliness, presentation and guestroom standards.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, including VIP and special requests.
• Inspect service areas, corridors and storerooms, report maintenance defects and follow up on repairs.
• Schedule and supervise deep-cleaning activities and special projects.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment and stock levels for availability and cost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards, hygiene, health and safety requirements and professional conduct.

Required profile

• A passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a focus on the present.
• Advantageous: previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.
• Advantageous: proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
• Advantageous: strong organizational and analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs is preferred.
