About the role
Urban Company is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Trainer to join its Dubai team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that raise the standards of our housekeeping services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for housekeeping staff.
- Create training materials, manuals and visual aids.
- Conduct hands‑on demonstrations and practical sessions.
- Assess trainee performance, provide feedback and track progress.
- Ensure all training complies with quality, safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in housekeeping operations and training.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to develop training materials and implement effective training strategies.
- Good knowledge of industry standards for cleaning, safety and hygiene.
- Interpersonal and mentoring skills with adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant hospitality certification is advantageous.
