Housing Technician

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid is looking for a reliable Housing Technician to maintain technical systems and equipment within employee accommodation, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and equipment, and respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance tasks, manage inventory of tools and spare parts, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus.
• Previous experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in residential or hospitality settings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, good communication skills, and a service‑oriented mindset.
