HR Analyst

About the role

The HR Analyst will support Crescent Petroleum in aligning its workforce with strategic business goals. This role focuses on manpower planning, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics to ensure the company has the right talent at the right cost.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current manpower inventory, identify skill gaps and forecast short‑ and long‑term staffing needs.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date organisational charts and contribute to the company’s HR budget planning.
• Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, including wage structures and pay‑for‑performance programmes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor benefit schemes to recommend competitive reward packages.
• Prepare HR reports, proposals and analytical insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Stay informed on HR best practices and recommend improvements to achieve organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or a related field.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD or SHRM is preferred.
• 2‑3 years of broad HR experience, ideally within the oil & gas sector.
