HR Analyst - Workforce Analytics and Compensation

About the role

An organization is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across Human Resources functions. The role focuses on workforce analytics, compensation and benefits analysis, HR reporting, budgeting support and the development of insights that improve organizational performance and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret HR data to support strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
• Conduct compensation and benefits analytics, including market benchmarking and internal equity analysis.
• Develop, maintain and enhance HR dashboards, reports and visualizations tracking turnover, engagement, performance and compensation trends.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonuses and incentives with data models, simulations and scenario analyses.
• Monitor benefits utilization and identify optimization opportunities.
• Audit HRIS and analytics platforms regularly to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager on clear reports and presentations for decision-makers.
• Assist in preparing HR budgets and forecasts, and provide analytical support for employee compensation and benefits inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, compensation and benefits or a related HR data role within an international company.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and clear communication of complex data.
• Effective collaborator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms and analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Python or other data analysis tools are a plus.
