HR Assistant

About the role

The HR Assistant will support the end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding process, helping the company attract, hire, and integrate the right talent efficiently. You will work closely with hiring managers and new hires to ensure a smooth experience from candidate screening to first‑day induction.

Key responsibilities

• Review and shortlist CVs, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date recruitment tracker and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, collect and verify employment documentation, and coordinate contracts and joining formalities.
• Organise onboarding schedules, introduce new employees to policies and systems, and ensure mandatory training is completed.
• Maintain employee records, prepare recruitment and onboarding reports, and support HR administrative tasks while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Previous experience in fitness, health, wellness, hospitality or service‑based companies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, strong organisational abilities, high attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to learn.
