HR Assistant (UAE National) – Full‑Time

About the role

The Arbor School Dubai is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Assistant to support its ecological and sustainability vision. This full‑time position will handle day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive school community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding and employee record management.
• Assist in maintaining HR databases, filing systems and documentation in compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Support payroll preparation, leave tracking and benefits administration.
• Coordinate internal communications and HR‑related events.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives by promoting eco‑friendly practices within HR processes.

Required profile

• UAE national with a genuine interest in education and sustainability.
• Detail‑oriented, diligent and enthusiastic about supporting a dynamic team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
