About the role
We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant who is an UAE national to support our Human Resources team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals eager to develop a solid foundation in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and related documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and generate HR reports.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR documents, presentations, and internal communications.
- Respond to basic employee queries while ensuring confidentiality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
