HR Associate - Operations

About the role

Our client, a leading private‑sector company in Dubai, is looking for a detail‑oriented HR Associate – Operations. The role focuses on end‑to‑end HR administration, payroll support, and employee lifecycle management, without any talent‑acquisition duties. It is ideal for a UAE National who enjoys operational ownership and structured HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding, including documentation, system access, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure HR policies and files comply with UAE labour law and internal controls.
• Assist monthly payroll processing in partnership with Finance and external providers.
• Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, leave balances, allowances, and EOSB tracking.
• Handle payroll queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS, generate reports on headcount, leave, payroll, and ensure data confidentiality.
• Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries and support employee‑relations matters.
• Assist with audits, inspections, HR reporting, and ad‑hoc improvement projects.

Required profile

• UAE National holding a Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid) – mandatory.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR systems.
• No talent‑acquisition background required.
