HR Business Partner – Beauty/Wellness Industry

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as the primary HR contact for management, branch teams and employees across multiple locations in the beauty and wellness sector. This hands‑on role covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for salon and beauty professionals, including vacancy posting, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Oversee monthly payroll for ~380 staff, ensuring accuracy, compliance with UAE regulations and timely processing.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and UAE Labour Law.
• Maintain HR documentation, databases and compliance with Emiratization targets and visa processes.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives and insurance administration.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi‑site retail, beauty, hospitality or wellness environment.
• Proven track record in high‑volume recruitment, employee relations and payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Emiratization requirements and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently under pressure.
