HR Business Partner – Dubai

About the role

JD.com is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its Dubai business unit. The role focuses on enhancing organisational effectiveness, culture, and employee experience through data‑driven insights and strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business unit performance and recommend improvements to team structure, processes, and culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
• Analyse people‑related data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure seamless execution of People Practice programs.
• Administer organisation‑wide initiatives such as performance reviews, rewards, and recognition.
• Contribute to the design and execution of the HR Strategic Business Plan.
• Develop annual engagement programmes extending to families and alumni.
• Manage HR operations including MIS reporting and payroll inputs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for business impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven experience in HR operations and program implementation.
