HR Business Partner – Fulfillment Center (UAE)

About the role

The HR Business Partner for a UAE Fulfillment Center provides generalist HR support to site operations leaders and a large contractual workforce. You will partner with site leadership to deliver HR initiatives that drive operational performance and enhance the employee experience across multiple shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify systemic patterns, address root causes, and make high‑judgment decisions aligned with policy intent.
• Monitor site‑level PXT metrics, manage employee grievances, and ensure consistent, fair application of policies.
• Use data analytics to spot trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions that improve employee experience and business performance.
• Execute employee engagement and recognition programs, maintaining a strong floor presence to gather insights.
• Coach business leaders on people‑management practices, including performance feedback and complex employee‑relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI tools, and self‑service platforms while providing high‑touch service during critical moments.
• Mentor entry‑level HR team members and participate in recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR generalist supporting large, primarily contractual workforces.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leaders and writing clear documentation.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, mitigate risks, and solve complex problems in a fast‑paced operations environment.
• Willingness to work onsite at a fulfillment center in the UAE.
