HR Business Partner – UAE

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our expanding operations across the United Arab Emirates. The role will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across the UAE, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on regional labor laws and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and career development initiatives.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Analyze HR metrics and deliver actionable, data‑informed insights.
• Drive culture‑building initiatives that reflect company values.
• Support organisational development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner in the UAE market.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour legislation and employment practices.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a cross‑cultural, multi‑country environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English; Chinese is a plus.
