HR Coordinator – Recruitment (UAE Nationals only)

About the role

The HR Coordinator will support talent acquisition activities for Emirates Flight Catering, focusing on UAE nationals. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to meet hiring targets and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast hiring needs, prioritize requests and track talent acquisition activities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to source candidates via social platforms, professional networks and referrals.
• Utilise Taleo for candidate searches, selection, reporting and documentation.
• Conduct technical, language and cognitive assessments in an assessment centre setting.
• Generate weekly and ad‑hoc reports, taking corrective actions when KRAs are not met.
• Support employer branding initiatives and maintain talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent; CIPD desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, volume recruitment and assessment centres within a large organisation.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end selection for junior roles, bulk recruitment and building talent pools.
• Experience working with suppliers and conducting assessment centres in the UAE.
• Willingness to travel to regions such as Asia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Taleo recruitment system.
• Ability to use a variety of assessment tools including technical, cognitive and language tests.
• Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
