HR Director - FX Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Director with a strong background in the FX/CFD industry to lead and develop the HR function across multiple countries. The role involves supporting international teams and ensuring effective HR strategies, policies, and processes in diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HR function across multiple countries and international offices.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and off‑boarding.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee processes across different jurisdictions.
• Oversee international recruitment to attract and retain high‑quality talent.
• Support employee relations and handle complex HR matters across various countries.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
• Develop compensation, benefits, performance, and employee engagement strategies.
• Lead and develop HR teams, establishing efficient structures and processes.
• Provide HR reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Director, Head of HR, or senior HR leader.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Mandatory experience within the FX, CFD, or forex brokerage sector.
• Strong experience managing HR operations across multiple countries.
• Excellent knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; Hebrew is a plus.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, international organization.
