HR Executive

About the role

This HR Executive position covers a wide range of people administration tasks, from insurance and visa management to employee engagement and employee relations. The role suits someone with 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel, who knows UAE labour law and visa procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of group medical and life insurance, including member additions and deletions, policy upgrades, claims coordination and annual renewals
• Handle visa processing, OHC medicals and Emirates ID coordination, and track and renew visas and passports on time
• Plan and run employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, team-building and recognition events
• Maintain employee records in the Oasys HR system, including document uploads, payroll inputs, leave tracking and ticket entitlements
• Arrange staff air tickets, process related invoices and submit monthly HR financial and immigration reports
• Oversee first aid room operations and restock kits across departments
• Handle employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, grievance investigations, disciplinary actions and separations in line with UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate with the PRO and government entities on HR matters and assist with offboarding, including exit clearance, visa cancellations and exit interviews

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Good knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processes
• Excellent English communication
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with ACE Financials
• Knowledge of government portals for immigration
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
