About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a 6‑month contract in Dubai. The role is for immediate joiners and requires a family‑sponsored visa.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and exits.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and confidential matters.
- Coordinate offer letters, contracts, background checks and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate HRMS data and ensure HR policies and documentation are applied.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
