About the role
We are seeking a Moroccan HR Generalist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, supporting HR operations across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Manage daily HR activities and support policy implementation.
- Coordinate recruitment and employee development initiatives.
- Support HRIS implementation and conduct HR audits.
- Participate in budget preparation, salary reviews, and performance management.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Audit, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Labor law and regulatory compliance.
- Recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Training and employee development.
- HR reporting, data analysis and policy management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
