Specialist HR Analytics (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Specialist HR Analytics works closely with HR leads and key stakeholders to deliver reliable HR reporting, data analysis and people insights that enable informed decision‑making across the organisation. The role is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, ensuring data quality and supporting HR projects and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate HR dashboards, reports and workforce metrics to support business decisions.
• Analyse and integrate HR data from multiple sources to generate meaningful workforce insights.
• Maintain HR data quality through validation, reconciliation and governance controls.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to translate reporting needs into effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of HR reporting processes and dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in HR analytics, data reporting or business analytics.
• Proven experience designing interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Experience extracting, modelling and integrating data from multiple systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage data quality, validation and reporting governance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including VBA) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Data analytics and interpretation.
• Dashboard development and design (UX principles).
• Data governance, quality assurance, master data and metadata management.
• Familiarity with HR information systems and reporting software.
