About the role

Success Factor is seeking a proactive HR professional to manage both HR generalist duties and end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑growing consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

Oversee employee lifecycle, onboarding, documentation, relations and ensure compliance with UAE labour law.
Conduct full recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management and placement.
Understand client needs, build relationships and deliver tailored HR and recruitment solutions.
Identify business development opportunities and support client acquisition.

Required profile

2–5 years of hands‑on experience in both HR generalist and talent acquisition roles.
Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and labour regulations.
Proactive, commercially aware and able to thrive in a startup setting.

Engagement options

Full‑time, contract/part‑time or commission‑based arrangements, depending on experience.
