About the role
Success Factor is seeking a proactive HR professional to manage both HR generalist duties and end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑growing consultancy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee employee lifecycle, onboarding, documentation, relations and ensure compliance with UAE labour law.
- Conduct full recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management and placement.
- Understand client needs, build relationships and deliver tailored HR and recruitment solutions.
- Identify business development opportunities and support client acquisition.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in both HR generalist and talent acquisition roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and labour regulations.
- Proactive, commercially aware and able to thrive in a startup setting.
Engagement options
- Full‑time, contract/part‑time or commission‑based arrangements, depending on experience.
