HR Governance & MIS Specialist

About the role

The HR Governance & MIS Specialist will support the HR Governance Manager in building and maintaining robust governance, compliance and risk frameworks for the HR function. This position is open to UAE nationals and works closely with the MIS and data analytics team to ensure accurate reporting and risk monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in HR risk assessments, control testing (RCSA) and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators on the GRC system.
• Support disciplinary actions, maintain confidentiality, and update the HR Disciplinary Framework.
• Track and close Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and audit observations within agreed timelines.
• Prepare Central Bank MIS reports and manage the HR group Balanced Scorecard.
• Collect and update KRIs from various HR departments and ensure they are reflected in the system.
• Contribute to HR policy and procedure reviews to align with regulatory changes.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in HR governance, risk management or related HR projects.
• Familiarity with HR compliance, audit processes and governance frameworks.
