About the role

Join L'Oréal's Talent Acquisition team in Dubai as an HR Graduate Trainee. This 9‑12 month full‑time program offers recent graduates hands‑on experience in sourcing, candidate experience and employer branding within a global beauty leader.

Key responsibilities

• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth onboarding journey for candidates.
• Support youth campus initiatives and organise local recruitment events to strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or fresh graduate (less than 2 years since graduation).
• Fluent in English with strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Motivated to learn, collaborative and comfortable working across teams.
• Interest in project management and tracking recruitment KPIs.
