HR & Learning Officer

About the role

Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah is looking for a dynamic HR & Learning Officer to support day‑to‑day HR operations and drive learning initiatives across the hotel cluster. The role combines recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and the coordination of training programs aligned with Hyatt standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs that meet Hyatt standards and property needs.
• Assist in talent development strategies, succession planning and learning needs analysis.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.
• Partner with department heads to identify learning requirements and create tailored solutions.
• Manage learning platforms, training records and reporting requirements.
• Champion Hyatt’s culture, values and colleague experience across all properties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or work experience in HR, Learning & Development or hospitality is a plus.
• Exposure to Food & Beverage or Rooms operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to excellent service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with HR systems and learning management systems (advantageous).
