HR Manager – 6 Day Workweek

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, onsite position follows a six‑day work week (Sunday to Friday) and offers a competitive total cash package.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labour law.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, including large‑scale campaigns for blue‑collar workers, camp accommodation, and insurance administration.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development across the organisation.
• Maintain compliance with government portals and statutory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives in the oil & gas and manufacturing sectors.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
• Background in oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a robust HR function.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
