About the role

The HR Manager will be based in Abu Dhabi and will travel to Dubai once or twice a week to support the HR Director.

Key responsibilities

Support the HR Director on strategic and operational HR matters.
Lead a team of three, handling employee relations, policies and procedures, recruitment, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
