HR Manager – HR Business Partner

About the role

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking an experienced HR Manager – HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager – HRBP & Employee Relations, you will translate business priorities into people solutions that drive organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning, manpower budgeting and business case development.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage change programmes to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Provide strategic HR advice using data and insights to influence senior decision‑making.
• Develop people metrics and analytics to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Champion a high‑performance culture through coaching, leadership development and recognition.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (CIPD advantageous).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, including leadership of HR teams in large, complex organisations.
• Proven expertise in organisational design, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning and change management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and building trusted partnerships.
• Analytical capability with experience interpreting HR data for strategic decisions.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and project management skills.
