HR Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner/Manager will align human resources with the firm’s overall business strategy across the Middle East and Africa region, supporting fee‑earners and senior partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner, building strong relationships with business leaders and developing people solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and global HR partners to deliver effective people solutions and enhance employee engagement.
• Develop and implement workforce and capacity plans, including nationalisation programmes such as Emiratisation and Saudisation.
• Support talent management processes, performance reviews, succession planning and employee engagement surveys.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and manage complex employee‑relations matters in line with local employment law.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in legal or professional services, within a matrix organisation.
• Graduate degree or equivalent; CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Hands‑on experience applying employment law across the Middle East and Africa and supporting international mobility.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to adapt HR approaches across diverse jurisdictions.
