About the role
Food People, on behalf of a leading restaurant operator in the UAE, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resources functions. Reporting directly to the owners, you will shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement and support the business’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Promote a friendly, orderly work environment to boost productivity.
- Design, schedule and deliver technical, management and interpersonal training.
- Create and maintain an up‑to‑date HR manual.
- Develop and execute talent attraction and retention plans.
- Build succession and human‑resource management plans.
- Establish training and development programs alongside operational manuals.
- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy.
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Monitor market trends to inform compensation, benefits and performance‑management practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years HR experience in the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High energy with a passion for building relationships.
- Interest in the food‑and‑beverage sector is a plus.
- Capability to operate at senior level and develop HR strategy for business expansion.
