HR Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and follow‑up.
• Manage employee onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances and update employee information.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and other employment‑related documents.
• Assist with visa, labour contract, Emirates ID renewal and cancellation processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support, answer employee inquiries and help resolve relations issues.
• Ensure confidentiality of all employee and candidate data.
• Support compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
• Coordinate HR requirements with management and other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Experience in recruitment and candidate management.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
