HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

The HR Operations Coordinator supports the Human Resources function by managing employee data changes, mobility processes, and insurance administration. The role ensures that staff records are accurate and that insurance benefits are delivered efficiently for employees and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Update staff changes such as transfers, line‑manager updates, title changes, and entitlement adjustments in the e‑HR system.
• Verify supporting documentation for each change request and follow up with relevant departments to obtain approvals.
• Collect new‑joiner information from the e‑HR system and process medical and life‑insurance cards through the NAS portal.
• Handle annual renewal of medical and life insurance policies.
• Perform bi‑monthly reconciliation of insurance member lists against the ADIB staff roster.

Required profile

• UAE national (mandatory requirement).
• Good knowledge of ADIB banking applications and systems.
• Familiarity with ADIB policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Effective planning, organization, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
