HR & Operations Manager – Stock‑Lot Footwear Trading

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Operations Manager to lead daily activities across our warehouse, office and logistics functions. The role combines people management, blue‑collar recruitment and operational oversight to ensure a compliant, efficient and positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR processes: attendance, leave, payroll coordination and UAE labour‑law compliance.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Lead blue‑collar recruitment for warehouse staff, drivers, loaders and helpers, covering sourcing, screening, onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, visa, contract and ID renewals.
• Oversee daily warehouse and office operations, coordinating with sales, logistics and finance to meet business targets.
• Track inventory, dispatch schedules, operational KPIs and suggest cost‑efficiency improvements.
• Manage office administration, procurement, workplace safety and liaison with suppliers and external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of combined HR and operations experience in trading, retail or logistics, preferably in footwear or stock‑lot business.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and proven experience in blue‑collar recruitment.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
