HR & Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Operations Manager to lead daily activities across our warehouse, logistics, and office environments. The role combines people management with operational oversight to ensure a compliant, efficient, and positive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR functions: attendance, leave, payroll coordination, visa and contract renewals, and compliance with UAE labour law.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead blue‑collar recruitment for warehouse staff, drivers, loaders, and helpers, covering sourcing, screening, onboarding, and documentation.
• Oversee daily warehouse and office operations, coordinating with sales, logistics, finance, and suppliers to meet business targets.
• Track inventory, dispatch schedules, operational KPIs, and suggest cost‑saving improvements.
• Maintain office administration, procurement, safety standards, and overall workplace cleanliness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of combined HR and operations experience in trading, retail or logistics, preferably in footwear or stock‑lot business.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage blue‑collar workforces.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
