HR Operations Senior Representative

About the role

Cigna's HR Operations Senior Representative delivers accurate and efficient payroll, employee lifecycle, compensation and HR operational services, ensuring a seamless employee experience across onboarding, employment and offboarding. The role supports workforce administration, data integrity, compliance and the execution of people operations initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly end-to-end payroll process, validating inputs, processing overtime, allowances, deductions, variable pay and final settlements, and resolving payroll queries with Finance
• Coordinate onboarding: prepare documentation, contracts, system access and employee master data, and facilitate payroll and benefits enrollment
• Handle resignations and terminations, exit documentation, clearance, leave balance validation and final settlements
• Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary revisions, promotions, bonuses and incentives, and act as first-line support for employee queries
• Maintain employee data in HRIS platforms, generate HR reports on payroll, headcount and workforce metrics, and use advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
• Contribute to HR system enhancements, testing, process improvements and digital HR initiatives such as Workday
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies, support audits, and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, HR operations, payroll administration or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of UAE payroll practices, employee lifecycle management and labour legislation
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems and workforce management platforms, preferably Workday
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data reporting
