HR Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our Dubai team. The role will support daily HR functions, focusing on payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, and general administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in HR systems.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
• Handle employee queries related to payslips, deductions and benefits.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, contracts and other HR documents.
• Collect and verify new‑hire documentation and collaborate with the Public Relations Officer for visa formalities.
• Maintain a database of visa renewals and assign related tasks.
• Organise onboarding schedules, welcome sessions and off‑boarding procedures, including final settlements and exit interviews.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR‑related operational queries.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards and basic analytics.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Discreet handling of confidential information.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS or payroll software such as BambooHR or SAP.
