HR Policies Executive (Emiratized)

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is assisting its client, Ajman Government, in hiring an HR Policies Executive. The role supports the development and implementation of HR policies within government departments, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and the needs of Ajman's public sector. The position is full-time and open to Emiratis.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and implement HR policies aligned with federal and Ajman government laws and UAE labor regulations
• Update existing policies to reflect legal changes and operational requirements
• Support compliance with legal regulations and governance standards across HR practices
• Carry out preliminary audits and help identify areas for improvement in policy execution
• Support internal stakeholders across government departments with HR policy questions and review HR practices against policy guidelines
• Help develop and deliver HR policy training and communicate new or revised policies to employees

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field
• 1 year of HR experience, preferably in policy support, administration or compliance; government or public sector experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive and eager to learn
