HR Specialist / HR & Administration Manager / Chief People Officer

About the role

The HR Specialist / HR & Administration Manager / Chief People Officer (CPO) supports and leads people‑related operations, employee services and workplace initiatives. The role spans day‑to‑day HR administration to strategic workforce planning and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management and compensation administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, workplace procedures and compliance measures.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and leadership on workforce planning, budgeting and people strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills with ability to handle employee concerns discreetly.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems and digital HR platforms.
• Strategic thinking and ability to align people initiatives with business objectives.
