Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for business‑critical positions. The role is fully remote and part‑time, allowing you to work independently while collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from job briefing to offer support, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding handovers.
• Develop and publish engaging job ads across job boards, professional networks, and recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, talent databases, referrals, and online communities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and evaluation criteria.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, staffing, or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize deadlines, and work with diverse stakeholders.
