About the role
Penspen is looking for an HSE Manager based in Abu Dhabi on a fixed-term full-time contract. The role develops and implements safety policies, carries out risk assessments, ensures legal compliance, manages incident investigations and trains staff to build a strong safety culture that protects employees and the environment while meeting business goals.
Required profile
- An engineering degree in any discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC and other HSE-related certificates and accreditation.
- At least 20 years of overall experience, including at least 10 years in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience as an HSE manager on large oil and gas EPC projects.
- Previous approval as an HSE manager from ADNOC.
- PMC experience.
