HSE Trainer – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for corporate clients across the UAE and GCC region. The role combines curriculum development, classroom and online delivery, and business development support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual HSE training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Design, customize, and continuously improve course content based on client needs.
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend appropriate programs.
• Facilitate workshops on occupational health & safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, fire safety, emergency response, and environmental management.
• Ensure all training aligns with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Create case studies, assessments, and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
• Assist business development teams with proposals and client meetings.
• Stay current with the latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering HSE training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, Highfield).
• Proven ability to engage audiences from blue‑collar workers to senior management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
