HSE Trainer

About the role

The HSE Trainer will identify training needs, develop and deliver health, safety and environment programs for plant personnel, subcontractors and clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse HSE training needs with team leaders and create training plans aligned with the annual HSE strategy.
• Develop and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency response courses, and specialized training for shutdowns, start‑ups and commissioning.
• Maintain training records, issue passports and stickers, and audit subcontractor training compliance.
• Produce HSE communication materials such as presentations, posters, bulletins and e‑learning content.
• Monitor training effectiveness, manage the HSE training budget and report on KPIs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing safety in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical environments.
• Familiarity with international Oil & Gas HSE management systems.
