Human Resources Administrator

About the role

The Human Resources Administrator will support daily HR operations at Be You Clinics in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position serves as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, handling employee records, onboarding, off‑boarding, and benefits administration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS and other HR systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
• Administer employee benefits, enrollment, and related paperwork.
• Track attendance, leave, and ensure compliance with UAE labor and employment laws.
• Assist with recruitment logistics, interview scheduling, and new‑hire documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities, performance review coordination, and HR reporting for management.

Required profile

• Strong background in day‑to‑day HR administration, preferably in healthcare or service‑oriented environments.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
