Human Resources Advisor

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support employees and line managers across the Middle East. The role focuses on delivering consistent HR services throughout the employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices to employees and line managers.
• Respond to HR queries promptly, meeting established service level agreements.
• Identify, assess and escalate HR operations‑related issues, risks or concerns.
• Support the HR Operations Manager with HR reporting, data analysis and information requests.
• Assist in the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll administration and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Experience in HR operations or advisory functions.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to work across multiple Middle East locations (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Iraq, Egypt).
