About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience across the organization. The role will involve recruitment coordination, onboarding, record‑keeping and general HR administration.

Key responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR‑related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide day‑to‑day HR administrative support.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (advantageous).
