Human Resources Coordinator – Hospitality

About the role

Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island as a Human Resources Coordinator. You will support HR managers and help create memorable experiences for guests by ensuring smooth HR operations across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Manage recruitment channels and coordinate job advertisements.
• Prepare joining and separation documents, and complete onboarding/offboarding checklists.
• Maintain confidential employee files, employment records and HR databases.
• Update HR systems with accurate team‑member information.
• Assist payroll processing, salary changes, deductions and monthly closing.
• Maintain attendance and leave records for payroll accuracy.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, including pension and insurance.
• Process employee movements such as promotions, transfers and resignations.
• Monitor headcount, prepare monthly manning reports and support visa/work‑permit applications.
• Respond to HR enquiries, provide day‑to‑day employee support and assist with engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, company standards and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance and benefits administration.
