About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to manage the employee lifecycle, support payroll, and ensure compliance across our UAE operations. You will act as a central point of contact for HR processes, collaborating with managers, talent acquisition, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, inductions, and documentation for all employees.
  • Maintain Workday transactions, including data updates, job changes, and exit processes.
  • Support payroll by providing new‑hire, exit, leave, overtime, and allowance data.
  • Administer employee benefits, medical and life‑insurance census reporting.
  • Prepare HR letters, handle employee queries, and manage business‑card requests.
  • Oversee contract renewals, EOR arrangements for multiple countries, and relocation processes.
  • Assist recruitment activities, job requisitions, interview scheduling, and probation reviews.
  • Monitor compliance with Code of Business Conduct and Conflict of Interest tracking.
  • Support employee relations investigations and recognition programs.
  • Maintain job descriptions, compensation review data, and HR policies.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
