About the role
The HR Director will lead the Group HR function across real estate, construction, development, business centre and corporate entities, ensuring smooth and consistent HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations, payroll and administration for all Group entities.
- Implement a Group‑wide performance management framework and monitor KPIs.
- Identify high‑potential talent, develop succession plans and drive employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide regular HR reporting to Group Owners and manage HR risks.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; CIPD/SHRM qualification a plus.
- 8+ years senior HR experience across multiple business units, preferably in real estate, construction or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, performance management, talent development and payroll oversight.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
