Contract Recruiter (3 months)

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Recruiter on a 3‑month contract to support high‑volume and niche hiring across its hospitality portfolio in Dubai. You will partner closely with business leaders to attract and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple venues.
• Source, screen and assess candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and direct search.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide market insights.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications and offer management.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in lifestyle hospitality, preferably with pre‑opening experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately, with immediate availability or short notice period.
